Leon Varley, your guide, tracking Elephant through a dry river bed in Hwange National Park. Age and sex of the Elephant can be determined from the size and shape of the tracks.

I wonder what he can smell.

Play time at the local watering hole.

The mighty Victoria Falls on the Zambezi River. 1,688m wide, an average height of 100m and around 550 million litres of water cascades over the lip every minute. This picture was taken in May at high water(750 million litres per minute.)

David Livingstone, explorer, missionary and liberator. Born in Scotland in 1813, he always knew that he wanted to follow in the footsteps of the medical missionaries before him. Dr. Livingstone's main aims were to open up the interior of Africa, find a water way to the Indian ocean and destroy the slave trade that he had encountered in Africa. He was the first white man to see the Victoria Falls, 16th November 1855. He died 27th April 1873.
